The Main Level

Walk in and the view does the talking. Big windows, vaulted ceilings, and natural light everywhere you look. The massive living room is built for gathering - leather sectional and couch around the gas log fireplace, flatscreen with DirecTV, and enough space for the whole group to actually hang out together.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook for a crowd, and the separate dining room seats everyone around one big table - no eating in shifts.

Game night is covered: pool table, ping pong, and foosball.

The Bedrooms

The main master is upstairs - king bed, large windows framing the mountains, and a private bath with jetted tub and walk-in shower. It opens right onto the expansive back porch, where you can take in the Smokies or look down over the pool patio below.

Head down the wooden spiral staircase to four more bedrooms:

Bedroom 2 - three queen beds
Bedroom 3 - king + queen (shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with Bedroom 2)
Bedroom 4 - second master with king bed and private bath (tub/shower combo)
Bedroom 5 - queen bed

Three of the downstairs bedrooms open straight onto the pool patio - roll out of bed and into the hot tub.

The home sits in a gated community just 5 minutes from downtown Bryson City. The driveway is fully paved the whole way - it's steep, but any vehicle handles it fine.

Great Smoky Mountains National Park - 10 min
Cherokee + Harrah's Cherokee Casino - 30 min
Cataloochee Ski Area (Maggie Valley) - about 1 hour
Nantahala Gorge (whitewater rafting, kayaking, ziplines) and Fontana Lake - both a short drive
